Jo's Ice Cream Parlor Reuver, since 2006!
April 16, 2006 was a day to remember. That's when Jo's IJssalon opened its doors for the first time. What began as a well-prepared adventure turned into a rush of enthusiastic customers. A flying start - and the beginning of a household name in the municipality of Beesel and far beyond.
Since 2020, Dennis Lemmen has taken over the ice cream parlor from his father Johan. Jo's is known for its craft and high quality products. The milk is taken fresh daily from the local dairy farmer, pasteurized and transformed into delicious ice cream. “It's wonderful to be involved in this whole process, from the farmer to the counter,” Dennis says. The display case features no less than 42 flavors of ice cream, and there is always something new to discover.
More than an ice cream parlor
Jo's is the place for a "guilty pleasure. In addition to ice cream, you'll also find freshly baked waffles and artisan chocolate in all shapes and sizes. Think Easter eggs, chocolate letters and other seasonal specials. Everything is made with care and love - to spoil yourself or someone else.
Jo's also likes to think with you: from giving tips on product presentation to supplying ice cream to other entrepreneurs. “My dream is that all of the Netherlands will enjoy Jo's ice cream,” says Dennis.
